You have the right to cancel and then the cancellation charges as set out in your policy documents will apply. Normally you'd get a reasonable refund but as your premiums were so low to start with any fees may eat up much of the refundh3x3d said:
That's what I was wondering. Is there a right for an individual to be refunded? The policy began in Feb, so that's 4 months into it. Is it a case of buyer beware? Or should I push for a partial refund?
So they've got it in for people in NI because they charge you well under the average national premium and then vastly over it? Still not following the sense of persecutionh3x3d said:
Yeah, I am. To be fair, I'm not aware of the average UK premium. It's just the jump from £200/annum to £2500 (possibly in addition to the previous £200) which caught me off guard.0
