Gemini Parking Solutions online appeal form trap - forced liability?

Hi all, I've read the newbie thread and would appreciate if anyone could help me with an issue I have with an appeal with Gemini Parking Solutions. I'm now on day 28 since the ticket was issued, so need to get it in ASAP.
My question is - I am aware you do not want to admit liability of driving the vehicle or give them details which they can use against you. So with the following options on the appeal form, what should I go for?
Appellant Type: Drive/Hirer/Keeper?
Reason for appeal:
-I have a valid ticket/permit for the car park/site which was clearly on display (please attach ticket as proof)
-My vehicle is permitted to park and is on a vehicle exemption list (whitelist) (please attach permission as proof)
- I had a Pay & Display ticket, but entered the wrong or incomplete vehicle registration (please attach Pay & Display ticket)
-I did not park for the stated time I was authorised to park (please attach authorisation as proof)
-There was no signage at the car park/site indicating any restrictions (please attach photographs proof)
Also you must enter personal details including address, email and phone number. Should these be filled out correctly, or should false details be used instead?
Thanks for any help

Choose the last one. Ignore the photo request. Put in the notes that none apply and you are appealing simply as the registered keeper - as is your right, so they must draw no other inference. Why would you give false info? If they haven't already got your name and address, they'll get it from the DVLA. Set up a throwaway email account purely to deal with this ticket, then let it drift into the ether once it's all finished. No need to give them your telephone number. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

A wrong VRN is regarded by many judges as trivial, a waste of court time. Read this and complain to your MP.

DPD, what is the relevance of your post?
The OP has not mentioned anything about a wrong VRN.2 -
