Moved address but haven't updated my DVLA and Licence - will I be fined?
I moved address about 7 months ago and I changed my insurance details across but I didn't update my driving licence or my Logbook. My car is correctly insured at my current address but its still registered at my old address as is my driving licence.
Will I be fined now when I update my driving licence? I have an old paper licence so I have to apply for the new card licence?

No just get it done. They don't ask for a date. The bigger problem is if you've received any speeding or parking fines in the meantime. They will have gone to the old address and could be brewing you a nasty problem now.1
