Grant 4 with IVA

Hi all,
I've just joined the forum and hoping I may be able get some much needed advice.
I have applied for and received the first three SEISS grants. However I have been told by HMRC that I am not eligible for the 4th grant.
The reason for this is because I did not submit a self assessment for 19 to 20.
However, I am currently in an IVA, and was unable to do so as this function is disabled for the length of my IVA. HMRC have my IVA on record also.
I have requested a review and was told it would be 10 working days. That was on the 16th April!
Is anyone else in this position or can offer any advice?
Thank you
Aaron

Neither my IVA Practitioner, nor the HMRC have advised this. Could you tell me where you have seen this information?
Many thanks

It states here that a new record will not be required in voluntary arrangement cases? I have not been declared bankrupt.

And this is what my hmrc log in said when I was about to file my self assessment for 19 to 20

For the year that an approved Individual Voluntary Arrangement (VA) or Bankruptcy (BY) (Scotland Award of Sequestration) Order is made the taxpayer is issued with a return manually. The return is prominently noted on issue ‘BY Year’.

So what does it mean when it states
"A new record will not be required in voluntary arrangement cases" ?

The other thread discusses possible grounds of appeal where the inability to file online was a factor, which is why I referenced it. The reference quoted above confirms that you have to comply with ongoing SA filing requirements. See
