In February My wife ordered an item of clothing from Debenhams using a Debenhams store card. Debenhams sent someone else’s order, which she returned. We have not received our originally ordered item, and have been in monthly communication with Debenhams requesting a refund for the undelivered item. Each time we are instructed to contact customer services and given a “ticket number”
Can anyone out there tell me, Are we likely to get our money back? Thanks

Debenhams store card is issued by Newday. If you contact Newday and tell them you haven't received the items you paid for, then they should refund you. https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/visa-mastercard-chargeback/1
