Stena Line refund on non-refundable tickets

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone else in the forum has had an experience with Stena Line. Like many here, we've booked the trip last year and were allowed to re-book this year.  Our ferry is bound for Amsterdam (and from there we drive to a few other EU countries) but the Netherlands is not currently accepting non-essential travels. Although the ticket can be used until end of Dec 2021, there's so much uncertainty and would rather cancel the trip altogether than take the risk. I've sent an email to Stena Line, but they don't have a dedicated email address for reservations etc so unsure whether my case will be seen.

We were in the same situation with Eurotunnel (with a non-refundable ticket) but they gave a refund eventually. Hoping that someone else can share their experience with Stena so I can plan the next step forward. Many thanks!
