Dispute lending stream/drafty

I have a dispute with a payday loan 1st it change to a drafty account I was not made aware off it so won't to the finacel onbusman for help won my case reference to lending stream was told to remove the interest and the charges and put me back to the point I whoud have been if I had the loan in the 1st place whith £186 89 to pay back which it has been the other is I have been emailing drafty they said that the ears showing but not coransponding with the loan there was no mention of a default on my credit file but I ask for subject information access and in that I have a default notification in this now lending stream not for comming on the dispute argument they keep saying my account never went in to default but yet I got it printed off
