I've known many people over the years that have jumped ship as the redundancy terms on offer were extremely good. Only to find the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Sometimes just having a secure income plus benefits such as the pension scheme are far more valuable in the longer term.1

I don't disagree, however I've tried to keep this high level.
