Re mortgage during iva for full and final offer

Hi
I've been thinking about trying to end IVA early by remortgaging. I have equity in my property and would need to attempt this anyway towards the end. I am paying £340 a month into the iva, have 16 months left plus i will need to pay another year or release equity. I have recently got my mortgage statement and have approx 45 thousand equity in property worth 100,000 at the most. What are the chances of doing this nowadays. When I took out the iva chances of mortgages were approx 0 but times have changed.

I would suggest the chances are considerably slim. Could you raise a full & final settlement from elsewhere if you are wanting to end the agreement early? Usually a f&f is presented as a lump sum of all remaining payments left, but it’s down to the creditors in the variation meeting as to whether they will accept this (or even less).
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

    Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
    Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
    Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
    0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
    Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
    Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing
