If you go on gov.uk then driving and transport then driving licences  then view or share your licence information.

 Drill down further and it will show the offences and dates of occurrence.

But the issue here is that it will not show them, because it's over four years.
But do the insurers need to know? If it's less than five, yes.
But the OP does not know that...
