Day 5- presenter says £90,000 given away so far this week. 4 rings gent picks up and says hello, presenter asks gent how he is and gent says fine thank you, quite good. Presenter asks gent if he works and gent says not working at all and was made unemployed because of covid. Worked as a caravan motor home engineer for 7 years I think he said one employer but 20 years in total with this type of job. Gent says has a job interview tomorrow.
Presenter asks gent for amount and gents gives £99,999.99p, presenter asks gent how he is feeling right now and gent says shaking, separated and has a daughter at university. Presenter informs gent he has just won £99,999.99p, gent says oh my god and will tell daughter first about win, says he is shaking and over a year ago lost his job. Gent agrees with presenter year definitely turned around for him and he is over moon and cannot speak.10 -
I heard the winning call on Greatest Hits Radio and the winner said he was separated. I did comment to hubster that I bet the wife will be on the phone demanding some of the money if she finds out!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.676

Day 6- 1st ring gent picks up and says hello. Presenter asks gent how he is and gent says brilliant fine and good will be when presenter tells him phoning hope it is £50,000. Presenter says let’s cut to the chase as gent has given the amount before being asked and informs gent he has won £50,000. Gent is excited, presenter asks I think what gent does and gent says he is retired was a postman about 5 years, and bored would like to go back to work. Presenter asks gent does he want to go back to work now he has won and gent replies no.9

Day 7- 5 rings no pickup, presenter says if somebody had picked up and said today’s amount £55,555.00p they would have won this amount.

I often write the long amounts out in words! If I got called, I'd be so nervous and looking at, for example, '£222,22p", I wouldn't want to risk slipping up by repeating or missing a number.

@Skilos I know, I'm the same! Being rubbish at numerals plus being nervous would not be a good outcome!
