Make sure you've all got Call Waiting set up on your mobile - otherwise if you're already on a call, any incoming call will then get diverted straight to voicemail.
They might even have a privacy setting on their phone to divert unknown numbers straight to voicemail to try and avoid spam calls....Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20109 -
