I'm on Smarty and yes they are. But I'd suggest calling once, check your useage on your account and just confirm it shows as £0.00

Does anyone else have issues with the phone line? Sometimes the 'press 1 for confirmation' works and sometimes it doesn't register. It's very frustrating!

I get a lot that's just silence instead of Hattie's usual scary HEY! lol

Sometimes the line is crackly and skips words etc. So I just hang up and try again x

If the lines connected and you know when to press 1, you can still enter as normal, even if it’s silent.

I've been getting it connecting but silent, then it cuts off at 15 seconds so it doesn't even run long enough to get to the point of pressing 1 to confirm.
