You could monitor the cracks yourself for a free months - measure & photograph and see if there’s any change. Depends if you have the time ... but could save the expense of potentially doing a job twice?1

Yes actually I have some photos from 3 1/2 month ago you have reminded me. Not sure if that is long enough a period to see if it is a active. Just keep an eye on it . doesn't appear new and the inside is good . Pillars also do not look bad either . Worth raking that out and repointing it anyway and a yearly check .photos are a good way of remembering how it looked last year
