DRO not appearing on my Clear Score credit report?
Options
Hi,
I was granted my DRO in March 2021 but my credit score hasn’t changed and all my creditors are still showing on the credit report showing I owe the full amounts still? No defaults are showing either and nothing looks like it’s changed at all on the credit reports? Just wondering if this will change or when it will change. I was anxious in case something hasn’t been done properly. I’m on the insolvency register confirmed with the date but nothing else has changed credit score wise.
thank you

Ignore your credit score, and your report for now.
As long as you are showing on the insolvency register, all is good.
Due to the pandemic, updates are taking longer, its not something you need to bother yourself with until after your DRO has completed.
Once that happens, go to the debt camel website, and search for "credit file clean up after DRO" it details the steps to take to ensure your credit file is accurately marked.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. You could try creditkarma as that updates weekly rather than monthly1

Clearscore is equifax, mse creditclub is experian and creditkarma is transunion.
You might want to check all three. These days I am finding transunion the most reliable, which I wouldn't have said a couple of years ago.1 -
If you want your free reports to update more frequently you have options...
You can delete and re-create your MSE Credit Club (Experian) and Clearscore (Equifax) accounts every day if you like, generating a fresh live report each time.
You can also obtain a statutory report free from the TransUnion website each day if you like.
It's a slightly labourious process but can come in handy if you're waiting for a specific update / correction and want a live view of how it's progressing.2 -

I prefer Transunion/Credit Karma because of the more regular updates, Clearscore I find the worst because of how out of date it is1
