Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter: Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
3. Promotional Period: The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 27.04.2021 to 23:59:59 on 26.07.2021.
4. Entry Instructions: To enter, text GIANT to 60163. No purchase necessary. Participants submitting a valid text entry will receive a text message thanking them for entering the promotion. Time taken to receive this text message may vary. A text entry will be charged at your standard network rate (and may not be included within any free text packages). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. Selection Process: 12 winners will be selected and prizes allocated via a randomised computer process from all valid entries on 27.07.2021. The winners will be called or texted on the mobile number used to submit their text entry informing them that they have won a prize and asked to provide name, email address and/or postal address details. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 7 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining valid entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to their prize.
7. Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.
8. Bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted but may still be charged. Entries received by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.
9. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged or a number being changed, the Promoter is unable to retrieve or transfer an existing entry to a new mobile number.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for any person whose mobile phone is used to enter without the owner's permission. The bill payer is accepted as the entrant and should their mobile number be selected as a winner they will be the sole claimant of the prize.
11. The Prizes: There are 12 prizes to be won: (i) 2 x giant HDTVs awarded in the form of a Currys PC World e-gift card to the value of £750. Currys PC World e-gift cards can be redeemed in-store and online and are valid for 24 months from issue. Use of an e-gift card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions here; (ii) 2 x iPhone® 12 Pro Max with 128GB of storage; (iii) 1 x iMac® 5K 27” (2020) – intel ® Core ™ i5, 256 GB SSD; (iv) 3 x giant 6-person inflatable hot tubs; (v) 2 x hot air ballooning experiences awarded in the form of a £400 Virgin Experience Days gift card and (vi) 2 x Monster Truck experiences awarded in the form of a £500 Virgin Experience Days gift card. Virgin Experience Days gift cards will be provided to winners as e-codes which can be redeemed online at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk. A Virgin Experience Days gift card will be valid for 12 months from issue. Experiences are subject to availability and can be subject to restrictions. Redemption of the e-code and use of a Virgin Experience Days gift card is subject to issuer Terms and Conditions here.
12. Prize Redemption: If you receive a notification call or text as a winner of a Currys PC World or Virgin Experience Days e-gift card prize, you will be asked to provide email address details to which your e-gift card will be sent. A winner will receive the prize e-gift card by email within 28 days of confirming their email address details. If you receive a notification call or text as a winner of an iPhone® 12 Pro Max, the iMac® or an inflatable hot tub, you will be asked to provide postal address details to which your prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming address details. In the event that use of the Virgin Experience Days e-gift card is not possible at the time when the winner receives their prize as a result of Coronavirus restrictions, the prize will be sent at a later date to allow the winner the full 12 months to book their Experience prize.
13. Each prize is as stated, is not for exchange or resale and no cash or other prize alternatives are available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, a prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the mobile phone number against which the winning text entry was registered. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should any of the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
14. General: The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/claims which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.
15. The winners' winning mobile phone numbers, names, email address and/or postal details will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion to allow the Promoter to arrange for delivery of prizes by email/post and to deal with any queries from the winners. A winner can request for their details to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to: Skittles Giant Text 2 Win Details Deletion, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of that winner's prize or assist them with any prize-related queries following deletion of their details.
16. Except where a winner has requested that their details are not shared, the winners' details (abbreviated names and counties of residence) will be available for a period of 30 days by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Skittles Text 2 Win Winners’ List, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY between 13.08.2021 – 12.09.2021.
17. The 12 winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the promotion with no recompense, during the 30-day period referenced in Condition 15 when the winners' names, phone numbers and email address and/or postal details will be held, except where they have requested for their details not to be publicised.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for a winner's identity details (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
19. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect email or postal address details.
20. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
21. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. Entry into the promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
23. Any personal details relating to unsuccessful entrants in the promotion will be used for administrative purposes only and will be deleted once prizes have been sent to the winners. The winners' details will be held and subsequently deleted in accordance with Condition 15.
