Buying a house with Garage but no mention on existing title deed

Hi All. We're buying a house with a rear garden Garage within the boundaries of the property as per the title search. However, the house is from 1975-80s and the title deed does not mention the garage specifically. Though when we look at the visual plan, it indicates the presence of rear garage. Our solicitor has said to confirm with surveyor and we have seen this during the viewing.
1. Could the garage be registered under different title?
2. Does our solicitor need to update this while registering the property?
3. Could this be an issue to sell the house later on?

The title covers the plot. The garage is on the plot. You are buying the garage...

If you were buying a similar plot without a garage, and built one, would you update the title? No.

I’m surprised a solicitor would suggest you confirm this with a surveyor?!
It’s on the plot and clearly shows in the plot plan. A competent solicitor would know that.

They just advised that the plan is small scale. hence double check that everything is included with the surveyor.

    Why
The vendor has offered to sell a garage
The solicitor is advising that the OP asks their appointed surveyor to check everything matches up.

The solicitor doesn't know that the garage the OP is talking about is the same one shown on the plan. The OP has seen the property, and (presumably) so has the surveyor, so they're the ones who should satisfy themselves that the garage (and everything else!) falls within the title.
