central heating boiler

Hi, someone mentioned to me that my landlord can get a new boiler because we are on benifits and my husband is over 70 and disabled. I have looked on the internet but not sure if what I'm Reading is correct. I've tried the government website but searching it is like wading through treacle. TIA

Perhaps it would have been beneficial to mention that at the start, as the replies regarding your boiler may have been different? LOL.

If your boiler is broken? It is your Landlords responsibility to repair or replace.

So firstly contact them and come back here if there is then a problem.
