Firstly I think you mean ourdeal.co.uk because the link you provided is for an employee engagement programme.

I don't think they are offering good deals for the products, the claims of 70% off are total tripe, some products are old junk being sold dressed up as expensive kit so when you say "too good be be true", I'm not sure what you mean because at lot of things I looked at are overpriced or obsolete.

However I don't want to unnecessarily cast doubt on what looks to be a legitimate company selling refurbished equipment, just do your research and I think you will find comparable products cheaper. And ignore all the "xx% off" and "you save £xxx"

The only thing going for them is they offer a warranty on the refurbished products but who knows whether that will be honoured.

    1. The website has only been up since Sept 2020, they also trade under ittradeuk.com which has been around for about 4 years.
    2. Looks like a back street warehouse
    3. Company is legit, trading for a while but accounts don't look spectacular.
    4. When you say good deals, are you being fooled by the "you save £494 / 61.75%" blurb because if so then that is total rubbish. I personally put that in the category of low reputation trading when such claims are made.
    5. All products are refurbs, some are up to 10 years old
    6. The first example product I found in the link above is selling for £305.99 but eBay suggests the going rate is £200 to £250 so not a good deal at all.
    7. There is a near identical website computerdiscounts.co.uk trading from a different address with similar 70% off claims that are total rubbish.
    8. A few customers feel scammed, got wrong products or claim they got fakes https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ourdeal.co.uk?stars=1  and https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.ittradeuk.com?stars=1

I've never used them so can't say either way whether I'd recommend them, just do your research and be cautious. I'd prefer ebay for buying second hand kit because you do get protection backed by a big company.

I had to make an account here as I was wanting to know about ourdeal.co.uk and previous posts may have deterred others from purchasing.
My experience with ourdeal has been extremely pleasant. There customer service does above and beyond which is unlike many tech companies these days.
There prices maybe sometimes higher than places like ebay as like the previous post suggest but thats because a great deal of ebay sellers are bedroom refurbishers.
ourdeal products on the other hand seem to be really clean and refurbished correctly.
    My experience has been great.
not convinced this is not a post by the company??

You might be right, they've deleted the post.

Did contain enough typos/grammatical errors to not be company puff (but this might have been a clever double bluff).

I don’t get the dig about 'back street warehouse'? That seems like a sensible building for a mail order company to use.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
