Hair Drier causing major interference with TV

As in Title, I understand(ish) what is happening but any way to stop it?
This is TV through TalkTalk TV box. 1 bed bungalow. 2 rings, 1 for kitchen, 1 for rest. TV and hair drier on same ring, different rooms. Or is it a signal issue?
I'm thinking suppressors(?) missing from hair drier?

I'm writing a book on plagiarism. It wasn't my idea.

New or old hairdryer? Good quality model?
All appliances should conform to electrical interference standards but unfortunately there are some loopholes because EN 55014-1 only tests for interference up to 300MHz whereas broadcast TV sits in the 500-900 Mhz range.
A manufacturer of hairdryers was actually prosecuted for this:

I'd be tempted to complain to hair dryer manufacturer if it is a anything better than a cheap Chinese clone model and see if they have anything to say.

Apparently told the offending drier is a Nicky Clark, which means nothing to me (Oh Viennaaaa!).

Hopefully it's the wife's hairdryer.
