I’m not sure this is in the right place I ordered a sofa back in January from a big sofa company and it arrived on this week the driver pointed out that the holes had been drilled in the wrong places for the feet to fit so advised me that they will leave this sofa and a new one would be ordered another 4 month wait a manager has called me and adv that an upholsterer can come out and correct it and offered me £100 which to be honest isn’t great I’ve waited over 4 month and if I don’t have it repaired I’ll have to wait another 4 where do I stand with this would you just take the £100 off and get it repaired or let them order another one I paid £300 upfront and the rest is on credit
many thanks

does it matter if the holes have been drilled in the wrong place, can you see the holes? aren't they on the bottom?
if not, and it was me, I'd take the £100 and leave it at that!0 -
Only you will know if the repair is ok ,will it be visible to others ? will the repair be 100% safe ,ie not bodged ? if ok ask for another £50 off and enjoy it .0
