My flat went on the market today at lunch time.
Already got 8 viewings scheduled.
Solid start. Can't complain
I wonder how many viewing requests the EA will receive during the weekend...

EA's have potential buyers already on their books. Viewings often dry up after the initial flood........1

Congratulations! Just don't get too greedy with any offers. I know plenty of friends that have had lots of viewings then turned down an asking price offer assuming they'll get increased offers, only to find they don't get any more offers and wish they'd taken it, as like Thrugelmir says, viewings can often dry up after the Rightmove alert goes out and EA's have rung round prospective buyers on their lists0

That’s a great start! Good luck, you may well be under offer by Monday afternoon then 😊0

Good luck! Keep us updated.0

11 viewings booked already.
I'm based in Scotland so it's 99% likely to go to a closing date with last and final offers.

Probably going to do viewings this weekend and maybe next, but given I've got enough notes of interest I'll just put a closing date sooner rather than later.0 -
Good luck with it
Being a flat, is it mortgageable, any big bills looming etc? I suggested making sure your affairs in order so it can go as smoothly as possibleAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0 -
That's a pretty decent start. I've had 8 viewings and now 2 offers after only being on for less than 2 weeks, so fingers crossed for you.0

My son's flat in Edinburgh went on the market on Friday. He had 8 viewings on Saturday and 23 altogether over the weekend. He got an over asking price offer on Tuesday.1
