debt recovery plus
I have just received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus stating i have missed 5 payment deadlines and cant understand because i have received not one before, and they are demanding £160
It sates that there was a parking offence on the 2/9/2019 on a Euro Car Parks ltd site where again i haven't received not one letter or ticket from Euro Car Parks ltd regards this matter
Ive emailed euro to see if they could send me the original letter which i have suppose to have received but no reply yet and ive alsp tried called DRP but have been unable to get in touch
My question is regards this £160.Do i need to pay even though ive received no previous demands and any advice on how to deal with this and will this effect my credit rating

You have obviously missed the sticky thread for NEWBIES that asks everyone to read it first.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES explains why it is safe to ignore powerless debt collectors.
Never ever contact a debt crawler, and never 'phone anyone.
Did you send a SAR to the DPO of the scammers requesting all your personal data? This should flush out the original NTK and any reminders.
You will need to include proof of ID with the request.
I hope you didn't reveal the driver's identity when you contacted the scammers.
Abbreviations and acronyms common to this forum can be found in the NEWBIES.
Have you moved in the last two years?
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I am absolutely sure they never actually said this, you need to be absolutely accurate with everything when dealing with PPC muppet charges. For goodness sake stop phoning scammers.Follow Fruitcake's advice above.2 -
I have received the exact same thing today! This is the first I’m hearing about it too! I think they’re all going back to work after lockdown and going back as far as they can and sending these charges out. I’m still trying to find something on the newbies thread to help me 😔Si3 said:I have just received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus stating i have missed 5 payment deadlines and cant understand because i have received not one before, and they are demanding £160

But my signature tells everyone how to use the 'breadcrumb trail' link back, to read the NEWBIES thread.
Read my signature. You only have to go to page one then click on the NEWBIES thread and read post #4.
OMG we are going to have endless threads about DRP this weekend I'm guessing, if they sent a batch out. And no-one will have updated their logbooks and everyone will be saying it's the first they heard of it and what do they do, so I think your thread has that advice already, @sonibee so we will point everyone there and hope no-one else posts new threads.
You will know why we don't want threads about DRP when you read the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread, back on page 1.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
