Rental break clause notice?

Hi there,
In a two year rental agreement where it says that either party can give 2 months notice to leave only after the first year is up is that notice period now amended to 6 months under Coronavirus regulations on the landlord side?

Yes, you only need to give 2 months notice. The Landlord needs to give you 6 months notice.

You need to quote EXACT wording of break clause(s).

But the only person who can decide what it means is a judge if it goes to court.  IE not Landlord it letting agent.

Break clauses often ambiguously or badly worded.
