Subject to them being set up correctly, and any children not being disadvantaged, they will be given full weight by the court.2 -
I'm not saying they can't work but there is nothing more water tight than a complete and final divorce. Not sure what difference a curtain ring on a finger vs officially no curtain ring makes to be honest.0
