Reward/Cashback cards that can be paid with Curve?

Any suggestions? I use a Barclaycard reward card for purchases that do not accept Amex, but cannot earn anything when I pay it off. If only I could use Curve then I could earn Clubcard points by making payment with the debit card on my Tesco bank account.

I have a Barclaycard reward card and earn cashback on all purchases I make and pay of the balance every month.Or do you mean you don't get any rewards from the payment you make to clear your balance? If you are a Curve premium member where you pay either £15 a month for the card or for the metal one £150 per year, you can use something called Curve fronted which lets you pay HMRC and credit cards when you use your credit card as the underlying payment method. You still may not get any extra Clubcard points when using your debit card via Curve as it maybe classed as a cash payment by Tesco Bank, you could test it and see what happens.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0

It worked ok until it got publicised on the internet.0

There have been a few threads recently with people asking about this or similar topics. Curve generally take a very dim view towards anything they consider to be cash recycling - including using one CC to pay off another CCs for rewards/points. You will probably find they have already blocked you from doing this, but if they haven't blocked your specific cards then expect them to catch on eventually. I personally wouldn't risk it so much a meager gain.

Really, I thought that was pretty much the whole value proposition of the 'top' plan for Curve?

Also you can pay a credit card with a credit card as the underlying card with curve if you have either curve black or curve metal.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0
