Buyers solicitor not on panel

We had this with our last sale. Our buyers solicitors were not on the panel for their LTB mortgage. (Also delayed because they told us there was no chain but turned out they were getting a LTB to purchase our property!) I don’t know the ins and outs and it took a couple of weeks but they got themselves on it in the end and so proceeded with the same company.0
