Getting EDF off my back.

Got keys into a new property on 17/03/21. Moved in on 07/04/21. HA signed us up with SSE (in process of changing to new provider) and gave initial readings, set up DD etc.. Now switching to Avro.
Keep getting letters addressed to me as "The current owner/occupier from 04/02/2021 to 02/03/2021" and getting "redder" and as I type now with court threats in bigger fonts than before.
Not my debt. I must've spent at least 3 hours of my time returning 5 letters/3 phone calls, which all (phone calls) have told me no probs but still getting redder letters.
Should (if they do) I go to mags court and thrust my tenancy details under their noses as they don't seem to want to take any notice? Or, from now, just throw the letters wherever I may be? (not really, bin 'em).
Gotta admit it's annoying when know one listens to you. Gonna phone now shortly as Mr. Owner and Ms. Occupier

Just forward the letters to the HA (cc to EDF) and let them worry about it.You could also try sending EDF an invoice for your time and expenses, e.g. £25 per occasion.1
