Mortgage Advisers

Hi
Mortgage adviser (i've got through my company) gets paid by lender therefore mortgage advice is free for me. But I guess there's a risk he'll just give me a mortgage with the lender that's paying him than consider my needs. Is it better to just pay for a mortgage adviser to avoid this?
I know that nothing comes for free.
Thanks

This is the same for all fee-free mortgage brokers. You can easily check online to make sure that they have found you a competitive rate.1

There is negligible difference between all mortgage companies and the commission they pay.
They are more likely to go for the one that has a service level that will hit your timescales.1 -
The amount of extra commission that some lenders pay is nowhere near worth trying to get a square peg in to a round hole and justify why they havent gone to the best lender. Too many checks and balances for that to really be a consideration for a purchase case.1
