Can one transfer IAG held with Computershare as cdi to iWeb

Few shares in International Airlines Group held CDI with Computershare Investor.
When I open on iweb transfers I am unable to find link to progress any further.
One link available on iweb has "Broker Transfer".
That recognises the broker "Computershare "Bridgewater Road
And in the form to be created asks for an Account Number. Computershare Investor Services has no account number for this holding.
I have a shareholder reference number and created an account with Computershare but that on line account does not have a number.

So how could I Transfer my IAG held in CDI with Computershare to iWeb account?
