My University IT Helpdesk

Hello all,
I know that sometimes us students love nothing more than a big moan about uni, but I love my uni's IT Helpdesk. I bought my laptop through them years ago, it is 3 months away from the expiration of its extended warranty. Took it in this week as it won't start (hardware problem they think) and they let me borrow a laptop on my library card while I am waiting on mines to get fixed.
Just think this is a really great example of customer service as in my final year I really don't have time to be without a laptop.
