Change of title deeds

Hi, my fiancé is executor of his moms will and need to change the ownership deeds of moms property into his name as executor while his brother will remain in the property under the terms of the will.
Could anyone advice how we do this or do we/are we best to do this through a solicitor? Can probate do this?

The property has been left in Trust and should be transferred into the names of the Trustees (who are also the exors in this particular case).

As the property currently stands in the sole name of the deceased, the transfer of ownership cannot be done until probate has been granted.

In all the circumstances, it seems to me that it would be wise for the Trustees to use a solicitor who can also explain the technicalities regarding the Trust and what happens if the beneficiary of the right to occupy/interest in possession moves out/marries.
