Thank you! I’m on safari but did similar. I entered the code first, then entered all my details. Who knows why that worked but it did!

Filing in the code first then my details worked first time or me too!!  Thank you all.  It's only taken m 4 days and dozens of attempts!

Not working again. I tried code first, not clicking anything, filled in my details and submit - just gives another code

just entered now and the code has been taken off. Maybe all the emails have helped

I agree with luijo, it looks like the captcha has been removed. My entry went through fine now.

Today (mon 17th)  the Capcha box seems to have gone away! - so get entering.
