Can we PLEASE only bump the thread when it's working again. I've emailed them, as have some others. If you're having problems please also email them, the more people who complain, the more likely they are to fix the problem sooner rather than later.

I did email yesterday and just got a standard reply back from them

Worked for me using Chrome.
Not sure whether it's fixed or just got lucky

I emailed them the other day and just got this reply:

 "Good afternoon and thank you for contacting Waitrose & Partners Customer Care.

I am very sorry you are having issues entering the Waitrose Weekend Crossword.

There is an issue about the competitions and our IT department are currently working to have this issue fixed.

I apologise for the inconvenience."

So at least they are aware of the issue and hopefully working on a solution!

This will sound MAD, I enter with chrome. Once I input the code if I click out the box on the right-hand side it enters, if I don't click out or if I click out on the left-hand side it gives me an error message. Can't explain why, and it is only for Waitrose site

Not sure I understand. What box on the right-hand side? Can someone screen shot this for me please? Thanks

Thank you! I’m on safari but did similar. I entered the code first, then entered all my details. Who knows why that worked but it did!
