TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and KISS FM” These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

To enter the competition, the entrant should answer the question on the competition page. One winner from all correct entries will be chosen by random electronic draw and awarded the prize when the competition ends.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

START TIME [Thursday 13th May 2021 at 00:01] until END TIME [Friday 21st May 2021 at 23:59]

One entry per person.

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.

The winning person’s first name and hometown will be available upon request when the competition ends by emailing Win@bauermedia.co.uk.

 4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents. If under 18 years of age, prize will be sent to a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

This competition is only open to those who have not won a competition in the past 6 months for any Bauer brand above the value of £500.

Only one winner from one household can win in any 6-month period for any Bauer brand.

5.  THE PRIZE

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no alternative will be offered.

Each winner will receive the below prize:

• 4 x tickets to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.
• Hotel Accomodation for 1 night in 2 shared rooms.
• Train Travel within the UK to Watford Junction Station up to the value of £250 (any fares higher than this will need to be paid by the winner). If the winner chooses to use their own car etc, they will not receive any expenses towards travel.

• These tickets can be made up of either adult tickets or children tickets (up to the age of 15). Anyone over the age of 15 will be deemed as an adult with regards to tickets.
• Any children under the legal age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult aged 21 or over.
• Travel period between May 2021-May 2022. The winner must request dates within 3 months of being notified they have won.
• Valid for 4x adults or up to 3x children and 1x adult, and based on x2 sharing accommodation.
• Maximum stay of 1 x nights in hotel accommodation.
• Hotels and room types may be subject to change, for circumstances out of Bauer’s control. If such incident occurs, a like for like hotel and room type will be secured.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to pay any extra costs incurred e.g. car parking, daily valet.
• Transfers to and from the hotel to the Studio Tour will not be covered and will be at the winner’s expense.

Once confirmed, any changes including but not limited to, name changes, date changes and route changes will be at the prize winner’s expense.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Tickets are subject to availability; the Studio Tour can be booked up to three months in advance.

Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS.

Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

You are responsible for all costs of entry.

You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.

As far as it is lawful to do so, we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
