Removing two structural walls

We are wondering if this quote is fair, please can someone advise...
The back of our house has a kitchen, dining room and second living room, we are wanting to remove the central walls to the three rooms to make one big room. The SE has been out and done the drawings. The walls that need removing are effectively a T shape in the centre of the house and we will need two RSJs joined at a right angle to form the T to hold up the house. We are having a third RSJ at the back wall and having Bi-fold doors fitting. We’re also having two small bathrooms removed from this space, a set of wooden stairs removed which go to the first floor, and the floor where the stairs leads to above to be made good. The walls will all be plastered, the floors levelling and several doors blocking up, plus we are having 3 tall, thin windows fitted and two smaller fitted. This includes all waste removal, skip hire and all labour costs. We have been quotes £25,500 however this doesn’t include the cost of the bi-fold door, just the fitting. The room will become 60m2 so it is a big space. We are struggling to get anyone else to even quote as it is such a busy market so we have no idea if this is fair or not.
Any thoughts are very welcome!

Oh, you don't have to clean everything up because of the design. You never know; everything will collapse if u remove the stairs and so on. In general, I know that this waste can be handed over. By the type of wireless garbage collection, only the service probably does it for u.

£25,500 seems to be a fair price for such an experiment. We spent almost the same amount of money when rebuilding our old house in the countryside. We removed several walls separating the rooms and eventually, we got a large living room. We had to hurry up with the rebuilding because my father was very sick and had to finally move from the big city to a more health-friendly place. But during the work, we noticed that we don't have where to dump our rubbish (destroyed walls and other things like that). And we had to hire waste removal services at https://www.vpsmart.co.uk/waste-removals/ to get rid of this rubbish. I think you shouldn't forget about this as well. In general, I think you're planning a great job! Hope you'll be happy with the results.
