Hi
i have been on furlough since this all began and now my company are trying to get me back into work but not in my old role which doesn’t exist anymore. Where do I stand? I would rather redundancy than do the job they want me to do. Is this possible?

It depends - if your prior job doesn't exist then it sounds as though that role is redundant, but the issue would be whether the one they are offering is a suitable alternative role - are they proposing any change to your pay or other conditions? How different are the old and new roles?
I suggest that you ask in the redundancy board - lots of knowledgeable people thereAll posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
