Being redundant from employment but still registered as self-employed

Good afternoon.
Hope you can help me with my situation. I'm due to be made redundant end of June or July after my company went into administration. I'm due to receive my outstanding holiday pay from the company and my final work month pay as well. I was advised that they will not pay notice pay and statutory redundancy pay and I will have to claim this from RPS. I checked on gov.uk about these payments and there is a mention that if you are self employed you are not entitled for these payments. The question is, I was employed with this company as an employee and was payed via PAYE for over 3.5 years. I have only started CIS self-employment two months ago and this is with a different company on my days off. My self employment additional work is not related to my current company. Will this self employment affect my right to get notice pay and statutory redundancy pay from RPS?
Also, after being made redundant I will need to register with Job Centre as unemployed. This will also be needed for RPS according to their rules. And again, how my self employment on CIS scheme willl affect this?
Many thanks for your help in advance
