Assuming as I won't have completed the full year I will not get the annual cashback applied? Or even 11/12ths of it? A little bit of me hopes they will do something, but then again being npower I guess they will just say tuff!! Anyone know for sure?

They won't say anything but you won't get the loyalty bonus if you leave before the 12 months.

    Hi,

You only lose on on this deal if your new property is supplied by another Supplier.

If Npower supply your new property, your registration to them continues and they will give you the cashback. However, you may need to give them a call about this as they use a system of markers which include your fuels & start/anniversary dates. These are typically st against your address on their system however they have the ability to manipulate this.

So, as long as both properties are with Npower as long as you move out date is 1 day less than your move in date, you should be ok. If they give you any grief, just complain to Customer Relations on the back of the bill as they will just give you the cash anyway.

You could switch you new address to Npower but the chance of landing your move in date as 1 day after you move out date is highly unlikely!
