Update : eventually OPSL withdrew their PCN - so we are now free and clear.
However, our LG&SCO complaint about BHCC's part in all this rumbles on.
This week they have deferred their consideration of our complaint well beyond their normal timescale. To date they haven't even allocated an "ombudsman" to begin the investigation.
Incidentally, I'm not sure that patient _dream has correctly understood or analysed the situation.
