Hi. Can anyone help. I am waiting for a refund from Dorothy Perkins. I’m not hopeful I will get it as I have sent numerous emails and messages on social media. Had no response on email and being fobbed off on social media. I returned 3 items on 21st and checked that they have definitely been delivered. Has anyone had similar experiences and if so did you receive your refund. Thanks
