Landlord woes

Hi,
I'm not going to get into all of the rotten stuff my landlord subjects me to, but I'm having to leave due to obscene ASB. He doesn't care let's say that.
The only thing I wanted to ask if anyone could help, is it normal for the Landlord to ask me to divert my rent and electric payments* to her son's girlfireind's personal account as that just not seem a legitimate thing to do. I was paying it into the named person's business acoount on the AST.
He's so dodgy.
Does anyone have any idea, thanks!

*electric can only be acquired by landlord visiting which means sometimes I have none, you have to buy his cards.

It is not "normal", as not usual.  However, the L is entitled to ask for payment to whatever destination they wish (assuming you have checked this is a genuine request from the named Landlord).  If they are attempting some form of tax avoidance or benefit fraud they will learn that the destination account for rental papments makes absolutely no difference to the ownership of that rental income.
ASB is not your Landlord's responsibility unless they are actually the ones behaving badly.

The LL is a man. But I am only allowed to deal with her usually, she asked for diversion of rent into her son's GF@s account, not the actual LL. It's all smoke and mirrors with these two.

They know about it and do nothing, anyway thanks for the answer. Theyre so dodgy and reviews are horrendous, I should of read them before moving.

If you are ending the tenancy anyway, does it really matter? The LL can request payment to whatever account they specify. Unless they are resident overseas, their tax affairs don't concern you.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Who is the person behaving anti socially - if that's neighbours / other tenants, that's not the LL's business or responsibility.

The LL specifies where you pay, whether that's to their agent, themselves or someone else. I was paying it into the named person's business acoount on the AST.

There might be other issues you havent mentioned, but nothing you've said above is wrong or dodgy

Yes there's a million things, you should see their reviews. I'm dealing with it all and have tonnes of evidence for County Court, but I just thought it odd a lettings agency and a Ltd company of mum and son fibbers can get me paying rent and electric into a girlfriend's personal current account.

These people are beyond awful, but at least I don't have stinking damp like the poor pregnant girl downstairs. The council have helped me out, and when I'm gone I'll still be fighting her corner.
