Can anyone suggest a replacement psu for a Beelink U57 PC?

My mate has this pc (he only really uses Word).
Since last night the psu sounds like it's arcing? I've tried finding a replacement psu and had no luck.
He's move the plug around to different sockets and nothing changes.
Anyone know where, or even if, it's possible to get a third party unit?
It was bought from Amazon here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0876ZL4J6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I believe the spec is:
12V/3A
DC wire:UL2464 20AWG 5.5*2.5*11mm L=1.2M
Black
Straight
With tuning fork with car groove
Thanks

That's got its own external power supply unit. Nothing inside the unit to change, everything is on the outside on that.Need to look at the charger, see what the amperage and the voltage is. The Amazon link says 20w which I can believe, but what's the amperage? You may be able to get a compatible charger.1

Is it a plugin or a brick with power lead.
see if the U55 is the same

How old ? warranty?

It's a plug in, so not sure that unit will work.getmore4less said:Is it a plugin or a brick with power lead.

It was bought from Amazon last Oct, and yes, it's in warranty but my mate is an author and uses it 12 hours a day and has deadlines so I can't send it back (and I've webchatted with Amazon all they do it give a link to Beelink in China!).

Was going to suggest this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/EFISH-Adapter-Selectable-Conversion-Approved-Black-12V3A-9Plugs/dp/B07ZJ3G1ZV/ref=sr_1_13Jon_01 said:

But the earlier option is a better bet.0
