Problems with static caravan holiday home ownership when main residence is in Spain or France

I think the problem now is that , since Brexit, you can only stay in Spain for 90 days in any 180 period without a visa.
On that basis it cannot be your main residence any longer. Hence the need to apply for residency so that you stay longer.
