TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Win a VIP pod at The Knowsley Social for you and five mates” (Online Competition) (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details.

One winner will be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random draw.

The winner must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and a new winner will be selected.

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw from Monday 17th May 2021 and contacted by KISS and/or The Knowsley Social.

 

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

Online entry is free.

 

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date:

The competition will run from 06:00am on Wednesday 12th May 2021 and will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 16th May 2021.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

 • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

 • Please note: You and your guest must be aged 18+ on date of entry. Valid ID will be required on entry.

 • Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

 

5. THE PRIZES

One winner will win the following:

- VIP pod at a day of your choice (one event day between Thursday 20th May until Sunday 20th June) at The Knowsley Social for you and five mates. Subject to availability.

Please note:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prizes will be provided by The Knowsley Social.

The prize winner will be the person who successfully answers the online question.

You and your five guests must be aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Identification will be required on entry at the event.

Please note the winner will be contacted from Monday 17th May 2021.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

MISCELLANEOUS.

Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

One entry per person.

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answer to the question must exactly match our answer to win.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control
