Washing machine delivery up stairs

We need a new washing machine in a flat with an “unusual” access. Flat is on the 7th floor, but the lift only goes to the 6th floor and then there is a flight of stairs up. Previous WM was carried up by us, but that was a long time ago now!
Before I go hunting through multiple retailers, does anyone know which will deliver up the stairs and take away the old machine? Thanks.

Usually Curry’s would, and we were told at point of sale they would, however on delivery they told us due to covid restrictions they would only place it inside the threshold. We were left with a 75kg washer dryer to get up a flight of stairs. I’m not sure how they’re managing high rise deliveries if these restrictions are country wide!1

This was a few years ago now but AO delivered to my second floor flat and took away my old machine. I felt a bit sorry for the guys lugging a washer dryer up two flights of stairs but they seemed ok about it.1

John Lewis delivery people are excellent and flexible in my experience1

I doubt there are any that wont... just let them know there is a flight of stairs involved when buying so they factor it in with the team they send. Our place is upside down with the spare bedroom downstairs and kitchen upstairs; have bought various large appliances from multiple companies and not had a problem with any of them.1

During Covid (May / June) Argos dropped a fridge into my first floor flat. I'm sure when I was looking for one some companies did specify how far they would go on stairs, but as you've a lift most of the way it shouldn't be a problem.
A few years before that they delivered a full sized freezer to my then first floor flat.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I would vote for AO too.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661
