Rescheduled events now clash

Hello,
We've all booked gigs, concerts and events that have been postponed due to the pandemic.
I've recently had 2 separate events rescheduled by the providers which are now on the same day.
I can't be in 2 places at the same time.
Where do I stand on getting a refund or reschedule please?
