Hi there
I'm a first time buyer buying a leasehold apartment. My solicitor recently sent a lot of documentation related to searches/enquiries.
I'm just wondering what the next steps are? Should the solicitor run through the key points with me, or do I need to go through the documents and bring up questions?
Any ideas what I should ask for? Maybe questions on ground rent, service charges, future building work planned.
Anything else that would be a key question?
