For any number of properties.Does the T for the back fence mark where the fence was the edge of the building plot? But the developers wouldn't care about the fences between plots on their own development and just leave it up to the owners to sort out. There is no legal standpoint to sort this out for you.
It almost looks like by the plans there should be 2 fences between me and my neighbour but instead there is one - the alleyway comes down and then the 2 gates are angled with a single fence between us.
If there's no legal comeback I will just replace the right side of my fence to match the rest of the street and live with the fact that the left has no fence.0
