Praise: Joseph Joseph

Almost 3 years ago I bought a Joseph Joseph Totem Bin. It wasn't cheap, even on offer it was £120 but as it was the perfect solution for my kitchen I bought it.
Last month I pressed the button on the lid and it flew off, the plastic mechanism had cracked. A quick google revealed this seemed to be a common problem with the bin so I contacted JJ to ask for a replacement lid. The lid was unfortunately out of stock and they didn't make the original bin I purchased, so with many apologies they sent me a brand new, 60 litre Totem Max bin which was totally unexpected.
Great customer service!
